How to Install IPTV on Amazon Firestick (2026 Guide)
Set up IPTV on any Fire TV Stick or Fire TV Cube in under 10 minutes. Step-by-step install for IPTV Smarters, TiviMate and your WatchifyTV login.
The Amazon Firestick is the most popular way to watch IPTV — it's cheap, plugs into any TV's HDMI port, and runs every major IPTV player. This guide walks you through a complete setup from a fresh Firestick to live TV, in about ten minutes.
You'll need your WatchifyTV login details (we send these on WhatsApp or email right after you order) and a Firestick connected to the internet.
Step 1 — Allow apps from unknown sources
IPTV player apps install from outside the Amazon Appstore, so you need to enable them first.
- From the Fire TV home screen, go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options.
- Turn Apps from Unknown Sources to ON.
- Confirm the warning prompt.
If you don't see Developer Options, open Settings → My Fire TV → About and click the device name seven times to unlock it.
Step 2 — Install a player app
We recommend IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate — both are free and run smoothly on Fire TV.
- From the home screen, search for Downloader and install it (it's a free Amazon app).
- Open Downloader and, in the URL box, search the Amazon Appstore for IPTV Smarters Pro, or use the Fire TV search to install it directly.
- Wait for the install to finish and open the app.
Tip: TiviMate has the slickest interface and the best EPG (TV guide), but it asks for a small one-time premium upgrade for playlists. IPTV Smarters Pro is completely free.
Step 3 — Enter your WatchifyTV login
When the player opens, choose Login with Xtream Codes API (not the M3U URL option — the API gives you the full TV guide and categories).
Enter the three details we sent you:
- Username
- Password
- Server URL (also called the portal or host)
Give it a name like "WatchifyTV" and select Add User. The app will load your channels, movies and series — this takes 10–30 seconds the first time.
Step 4 — Start watching
Open Live TV to browse channels by category, or Movies and Series for on-demand content. Everything updates automatically — new channels and the latest VOD titles appear without you doing anything.
Fixing buffering on Firestick
If video stutters, it's almost always the Firestick or your network, not the stream:
- Restart the Firestick — hold Select + Play for five seconds, or unplug it for 30 seconds.
- Use a wired connection with an Ethernet adapter, or move your router closer.
- Clear the app cache in Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications.
- The older Fire TV Stick Lite struggles with 4K — pick the FHD version of a channel if available.
Still stuck? Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the error and we'll sort it out fast.
